The Lift Being Installed

The lift installation is one of the final tasks in the development of a new apartment block.  Here we see that excellent progress is being made in the lift shaft installing the running rails.

Fitting the Brise Soleil

One of the ways in which we reduce the cost of heating and cooling at Conisford Court is by installing Bride Soleil sunshades on the elevations which will spend time in direct sunlight in the summer months.

Here colleagues at Alu Systems are doing the preliminary measurements on the first of the stylish aluminum  sun shades to provide a template for the proper ones that will be installed over the next two days.

Fitting out the Ground Floor Offices

We have a maximum effort to get the ground floor offices fitted out ready for the new tenants.

Here the Raised Floors are being installed, the electrical and data wiring having been pre-laid.   Each board is glued-and-screwed in place before carpeting, which will follow.
The Glazed partitions have been installed
High capacity air-handling has been installed and is being fitted and connected to external compressors and ventilation ports

Kitchen Appliances Are Fitted

With worktops now installed, we are now fitting the branded NEFF integrated appliances in the kitchens.  The ovens and hobs and built-in fridge freezer are still to be installed.
