The lift installation is one of the final tasks in the development of a new apartment block. Here we see that excellent progress is being made in the lift shaft installing the running rails.
Today’s EDP Property Supplement features Conisford Court and Property Editor Caroline Culot describes it as “New city apartments for people ‘who like the best of everything’”
Our friends at Pupil Asset have moved into the warehouse-styled ground floor offices with exposed pipes and plant work that provides a modern, light and airy workspace.
We will be launching Conisford Court on Saturday 12th May 2018
About a dozen apartments have already been reserved and we are delighted that Savills has been retained to act as our residential selling agents when they are marketed at on Saturday 12th May 2018.

One of the ways in which we reduce the cost of heating and cooling at Conisford Court is by installing Bride Soleil sunshades on the elevations which will spend time in direct sunlight in the summer months.
Here colleagues at Alu Systems are doing the preliminary measurements on the first of the stylish aluminum sun shades to provide a template for the proper ones that will be installed over the next two days.
We have a maximum effort to get the ground floor offices fitted out ready for the new tenants.
With worktops now installed, we are now fitting the branded NEFF integrated appliances in the kitchens. The ovens and hobs and built-in fridge freezer are still to be installed.
As we complete grouting the tiling in the bathrooms we can start to see the quality of the Italian porcelain tiles and the taps and sanitary ware in our bathrooms.
Sealing is still to be completed, shower and bath screens, as well as WC Seats, will be fitted as we progress to completion in each bathroom.
As the scaffolding is taken down, we can start to see the superb textured brick, zinc elevations and the glazed penthouse roof balconies.
